Scholarships

HII has a notion of laying the educational foundation to our potential staffs by supporting them to be an expert in their career path such as scientific and technological research and development for hydroinformatics management. We provide Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree and Doctor's degree scholarships in both national and international universities to the employee. The scholarship is divided into 2 types as follows:

1. Scholarship for Government Officer
2. Scholarship for Public

We provide various activities to upskill and reskill our employee in term of knowledge, capability, skill, behavior, attitude, and working methodology. HII analyze and create ‘Competency’ system of every positions to set ‘Human Resources Development Strategy’ as a long term model of HII’s Human Resource Management (HRM) which emphasis on the performance-based behavior. The competency system can be adapted as a tool for career path development to become a good employee, stay and grow together with the institute.
