HII attended the 2023 Mekong Research Symposium

On March 14-16, 2023, the Hydro-Informatics Institute (HII) received an invitation to participate in the 2023 Mekong Research Symposium under the theme “Data into Action for Resilient Mekong.” The symposium was held at Le Meridien Hotel in Chiang Rai province. Representing HII, Mr. Apimook Muktarai and Mr. Rati Sawangwattanaphaibun, officials from Hydro-Informatics Innovation Division, engaged in discussions and shared organizational practices related to data communication and utilization for decision-making.

Mr. Apimook Mooktaree presented on the topic of “Decision Support System for Flood Response” in Session 1: Data for Decision Making. Meanwhile, Mr. Rati Sawangwattanaphaibun co-presented on “WRF-ROMS Model for Weather Prediction” as part of the Discovery Corner.
