HII visited Phrae Province community and their water management networks to promote the “Community Development for Sustainability” Project at Phrae province

During 7-9 March 2021, Dr. Royboon Rassameethes, Deputy Director of Hydro-Informatics Institute (Public organization) or HII and team visited Phrae Province to promote “Community Development for Sustainability” Project to village leaders, chiefs of villages and networks. The objective of this project is to study how to create a water management model, focusing on the solution for drinking water and water for consumption problems.
Later, HII team traveled to ‘Baan Pak Yim (AKA Happy Farm)’, Baan Lao Nue Community in Song District, which is a case study area of the Climate-Resilient Agriculture for Disaster Risk Reduction or CRADR project to discuss with Happy Farm leader and members for collecting of data, water security, barriers of production and sales, and the needed technology for further discussion with APAN experts.
