HII Joins CAS-TWAS-ELSEVIER FOUNDATION International Training Workshop for Climate Action

From September 2-6, 2024, the Hydro-Informatics Institute (HII) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESRI), led by Dr. Tipawan Thodsaen, a Model Developer specializing in Climate and Weather from the Hydro-Informatics Innovation Division, participated in the CAS-TWAS-ELSEVIER FOUNDATION International Training Workshop for Climate Action held in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
HII participated in discussions with experts from global scientific institutions to learn and exchange knowledge on climate change project management and leadership. Dr. Thippawan Thodsan presented on the topic “Climate and Weather Prediction System at HII” and was also invited by Prof. LIN Zhaohui to discuss collaboration on climate change research in the Mekong River Basin, covering Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and China.
