HII engaged in discussions and knowledge exchange on Water Resource Management between Thailand and Japan

On December 12, 2023, Dr. Sutat Weesakul, Advisor to the Hydro-Informatics Institute (HII), along with Dr. Sorntep Wannarat, Policy and Development Research Executive, Narongsak Pimphanchat, Policy and Development Research Executive and Acting Director of Community Water Resource Management Division, and the HII research team, engaged in discussions and knowledge exchange on water resource management research and innovation between Thailand and Japan. The meeting included Prof. Dr. Yasuyaki Shimizu from the International River Interface Cooperative (iRIC) in Japan and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sanit Wongsa from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). The goal was to establish a framework for future academic cooperation. This activity is part of the academic collaboration agreement among the three institutions.
