The international conference on “Policies, Laws and Regulations for Water Resources Management in Southeast Asia Countries” was presided by Deputy Prime Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan on 12 December 2019.
From 12 – 14 December 2019 at the River room, Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok, Thailand, the conference was jointly organized by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Office of the National Water Resources, Thailand Institute of Justice, Hydro-Informatics Institute, Royal Irrigation Department, Department of Groundwater Resources, Department of Water Resources, and Thailand Science Research and Innovation.
This international conference was organized to raise awareness, build a better understanding of water-related policies, laws, regulations, and strengthen academic and research network among agencies among relevant organizations, academia, and NGOs in the Southeast Asia , including ASEAN countries.
