HII welcomes the RRI delegation, along with i-CoAST and KNU from Korea, to exchange techniques on management and problem-solving for marine and coastal areas.

On July 16, 2024, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), through the Hydro Informatics Institute (Public Organization) or HII, led by Dr. Royboon Ratsameetes, Director of HII, and Dr. Suthat Weesakul, Advisor, along with the executive team and staff of HII, welcomed a delegation from South Korea, including the Rural Research Institute (RRI), the International Conference on Aquatic Science & Technology (i-CoAST), and Kangwon National University (KNU).

The purpose of the visit was to exchange techniques for managing and addressing issues in marine and coastal areas to promote sustainable agriculture, as well as to discuss planning related research to expand international cooperation. Additionally, the Hydro Informatics Institute (HII) has been invited to co-host the i-CoAST conference in Thailand in the future.
