Hydro-Informatics Institute or HII is a public organization under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation which focusing on research and development of technology to support water management in Thailand by integrating and analyzing data from other related agencies and develop into the National Hydroinformatics Data Center (NHC).
